Formerly a Physician Loan Specialist at Bank of America (2003-2007), Chris built a successful practice catering to physicians nationwide. He provided Bank of America's No Money Down Doctor Loan to hundreds of physicians. He provided advice and taught countless other physicians how to secure the lowest total cost of ownership, lowest monthly payment, lowest interest rates, lowest closing costs, and lowest out-of-pocket expenses. Chris earned a bachelor's degree from the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University in 1994. He holds an active real estate license in California and hangs his license with RE/MAX College Park Realty. He resides in Lake Oswego, OR with his wife and son.

Brad Blommer - Managing Partner

Brad Blommer began his career as a real estate attorney and civil litigator, practicing law in the Washington DC area for 7 years. Brad counseled and represented in court numerous clients concerning real estate matters and land use issues. His entrepreneurial spirit and love of real estate led him to found his own real estate investment company in 2005. His company was heavily involved in the residential real estate market, purchasing and remodeling numerous properties. Brad received his Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College and received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore. Brad lives in Portland with his fiancée and his 11-year-old yellow lab.
